As a family we were motivated to start this venture to educate, produce and deliver baked goods in Thailand without Wheat, Rye or Barley. Despite living in 'the land of rice', with almost all of the meals in Thailand tradionally not requiring Wheat, it's everywhere. From sauces to soups and drinks to delicacies.
