As a family we were motivated to start this venture to educate, produce and deliver baked goods in Thailand without Wheat, Rye or Barley. Our 8 year old son, Xander, who has an Ige of 64.3 towards Wheat. That figure comes from a blood test. He is not intolerant, Celiac (Coeliac); sorry, YES HE IS, as well as being highly allergic. Anaphyllaxic in fact. He will have a gastro reaction as well as skin color changes, rolling eyes, bumps, growths, hives and his SPO2 (Blood Oxygen Level) will be life threatening if he consumes Wheat, Rye, Barley or Gluten.
